SS-68-36 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, 2701 North <br />Lexington Avenue, on the 3lst day of March, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. SS-68-36, to be <br />located generally in the area of Rice Street between North McCarrons <br />Boulevard and approximately 70S feet north of Elmer Street, consisting <br />of the installation of an 8 inch sanitary sewer along the west side of <br />Rice Street from the existing manhole south of North McCarrons Boulevard <br />to approximately 70S feet north of Elmer Street. <br /> <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection <br />in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately <br />$23,681.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall <br />be that part of the Village of Roseville abutting Rice Street between <br />North McCarrons Boulevard and approximately 705 feet north of Elmer <br />Street. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and <br />the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the <br />Village Council at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 26, 1969 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Joseph M.
