06/06/05 <br />[REVISOR ] RR/MD AR3501ST <br />1 7560.0150 PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY MAPPING AND INSTALLATION. <br />2 Subpart 1. Duty of operator to map. After December 31, <br />3 2005, an operator shall maintain a map, a diagram, a drawing, or <br />4 geospatial information regarding the location of its underground <br />5 facility within a public right-of-way installed after that date. <br />6 Subp. 2. Duty to install locating wire. After December <br />7 31, 2005, an operator shall install a locating wire or have an <br />8 equally effective means of marking the location of each <br />9 nonconductive underground facility within a public right-of way <br />10 installed after that date. This requirement does not apply when <br />11 making minor repairs to an existing nonconductive facility. As <br />12 applied to this chapter, "minor repairs°' means repairs to or <br />13 partial replacement of portions of existing service laterals <br />14 located within a public right-of-way for purposes of routine <br />15 maintenance and upkeep. <br />16 7560.0225 EXCAVATOR RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING A LOCATE. <br />17 Subpart 1.
