<br />Extract of Minutes of ~eting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly <br /> <br />held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 10th day of <br /> <br />~chl 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />~~yor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-35 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted December 16, 1968, the Council has <br />directed Banister Engineering company to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting <br />of a system of trunk and lateral storm sewers from 12 inch through <br />42 inch in size to provide ~ediate outlet for the lands lying <br />approximately three-eighths of a mile north of county Road B-2 and <br />lying approximately three-eighths of a mile east of Western Ayenue <br />and adjacent southerly to the intersection of County Road B-2 and <br />Galtier Street. The system of sewers is so designed as to provide <br />further storm sewer outlets for the entire area lying west of Rice <br />Street between ~dnnesota Avenue and county Road C and east of <br />Western Avenue. Such extended service may be achieved by the fur- <br />ther extension of storm sewers from the pipes proposed to be <br />constructed under this improvement. The system of storm sewers <br />will discharge into the existing large trunk storm sewer lying on <br />
