<br />Brooks Avenue and Cohansey street west of Western Avenue and <br />discharging into the low ground in the easterly end of the Roseville <br />central park and following through a system of open ditches to <br />eventually reach Lake OWasso. Banister Engineering was also <br />directed to include in the report tho estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The pre- <br />liminary report and cost estimate have been submitted by the <br />engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and <br />directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village ~~nager. <br />The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth <br />in the report is designated as Storm Drainage Dmprovement No. 68-35. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Council Chambers in the <br />Village Hall, 270l Lexington Avenue, in said village, on March 3l, <br />1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of holding a public <br />hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and the <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the <br />time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in <br />the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be <br />a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than <br />three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
