NOTICE OF HEARING ON STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-35 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Council Chambers in .he Village Hall, 270l North Lexington, in said village, on the 3lst day of March, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to ho~d a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on pro- posed Storm Drainage Dmprovement No. 68-35 consisting of a system of trunk and lateral storm sewers from 12 inch through 42 inch in size to provide immediate outlet for the lands lying approximately three-eighths of a mile north of County Road B-2 and lying approxi- mately three-eighths of a mile east of Western Avenue and adjacent southerly to the intersection of County Road B-2 and Galtier street. The system of sewers is so designed as to provide further storm sewer outlets for the entire area lying west of Rice Street between Minnesota Avenue and County Road C and east of Western Avenue. Such extended service may be achieved by the further extension of storm sewers from the pipes proposed to be constructed under this improvement. The system of storm sewers will discharge into the existing large trunk storm sewer lying on Brooks Avenue and Cohansey Street west of Western Avenue and discharging into the low ground in the easterly end of the Roseville central Park and following through a system of open ditches to eventually reach Lake CWasso. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the acting Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $l70,OOO.OO. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be all those parcels of property lying within the follOWing boundary: commencing at the center of said Sec. 12, said center section also being the intersection of County Road B-2 and Western Avenue, thence east along the south line of the NE 1/4 of said Sec. 12, 133 feet, thence north and parallel with the west line of said NE 1/4 173 feet, thence east and parallel with said south line of the NE l/4 1038.16 feet, thence south and parallel with said west line of the NE 1/4 to said south line of the NE l/4 thence east along said south line of the NE 1/4 to the extended east line of Block 3, Rice street Grandview Addition, Ramsey County, .,.....
