EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MARCH 10, 1969 * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on March 10, 1969, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: ~layor Moll, Councilmen Linebarger, Shields, Curley and Grauel and the following members were absent: None Member Curley resolution and moved its adoption: introduced the following RESOLUTION NO. 5072 A RESOLUTION CANCELLING CERTAIN REMAINING INSTALLMENTS OF ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NOS. 1 AND 3 AND FOR WATER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 62-1, 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 AND 64-6~ ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, IN 1968: WHEREAS, the Village commenced eminent domain proceedings in the Ramsey County District Court, and said District Court ordered appointment of commissioners and had commissioners' hearings and an Award entered, all in 1968, pertaining to Lot I, Block I, Todd's Outlots, according to the plat thereof, and WHEREAS, The Village acquired fee simple title by negotiations in 1968 to Lot 2, Block 1, Green Meadow, accor- ding to the plat thereof, and WHEREAS, at the time of the above acquisitions certain assessments were spread upon the property above for certain municipal improvement, the Village now desires to cancel said assessments insofar as the remaining installments due and payable in 1969 are concerned, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows:
