<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5076 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF t-lEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD MARCH 31, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~tinnesota, was held <br />in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 31st day of March, <br />1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~~ll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Acting Village ~~ager presented an affidavit showing publi- <br />cation of notice of hearing on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. <br />68-36 in accordance with the resolution adopted February 24, 1969, <br />whiCh affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br />directed to be filed by the Acting r4anager. The Acting Manager also <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br />property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satis- <br />factory and was directed to be filed by the t4anager. <br /> <br />TIle ~~yor then directed the ~nager to read the description of <br />the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and <br />the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published <br />notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons present <br />were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names and addresses of the <br />persons appearing and neard by tile Council, and the substance of the views <br />presented by them were as follows: <br /> <br />HR. ARDWIN FLEISChhACKER, 165 Edgewater Ave. In favor of improvement. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing at <br />the public hearing, Councilman Grauel then introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTla~ NO. 5076 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERHJG THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEi"lENT <br />NO. 68-36 UNDER AI'l"D PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CdAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village or Roseville, Minnesota, <br />tnat l.n accordance with tne provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter <br />429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published <br />notice, on the proposed construction of Sanitary Sewer Improven~nt 68-36 <br />
