The foregoing was described in the Notice <br />of Hearing at a cost presently estimated to be $12,391.00 and is sub- <br />stantially in accordance wi tit the preliminary engineer's report dated <br />March 28, 1969 as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the <br />office of the acting Village Manager.
