General Ordinances for adoption <br />Due to time constraints, by Council consensus, it was determined to amend tonight's agenda to <br />hold the Public Hearing for potential relocation of the Off-Sale Liquor License for Cellars Wines <br />& Spirits at this time, prior to the joint meeting with the Planning Commission. <br />1 L Public Hearings <br />Public Hearing for the relocation of an Off-Sale Liquor License for Cellars <br />Wines & Spirits <br />City Manager Malinen reviewed the request as detailed in the Request for Council <br />Action (RCA) dated May 10, 2010; advising that from a staff perspective, all <br />items were in order. <br />• Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 8:09 p.m. for the purpose of hear- <br />ing public comment on the relocation and transfer of the Off-Sale Liquor License <br />for Cellars Wines & Spirits, to be located at 2701 Lincoln Drive. <br />Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 8:10 p.m.; with no one appearing for or <br />against. <br />12. Business Items (Action Items) <br />Approve the Relocation of an Off-Sale Liquor License for Cellars Wines & <br />Spirits <br />Pust moved, Johnson seconded, approval of the transfer of the Off-Sale Liquor <br />License for Cellars Wines & Spirits to be relocated from 1649 County Road C to <br />2701 Lincoln Drive. <br />Councilmember Ihlan clarified, and staff confirmed, that this was not a land use <br />issue, simply a change for the location of this establishment. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />• 13.
