<br />Engineering was also directed to include in the report the <br />estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such <br />improvement should best be IIlade as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by <br />the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on <br />file in the office of the Village Manager. The improvement <br />proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report <br />is designated as Storm Sewer Improvement No. 68-23. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Hall in said <br />village, on June 9, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., for the purpose <br />of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under <br />and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429, as amended, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to publish twice in the official newspaper, Roseville <br />Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second <br />publication shall be not less than three days before the date <br />of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
