NOTICE OF HEARING ON STORJ:v1 SEWER Ii'lPROVEMENT NO. 68-23 VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Villa ge of Roseville, Minnesota will meet at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said village, on the 9th day of June, 1969, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement No. 68-23 lying generally in the area between Rose Place and Judith Avenue from Hamline to Pascal consisting of the construction of a system of storm sewers varying in size from l2 inch to 27 inch and collecting and conveying these storm sewers from the above described area and discharging same into a ponding area at Judith and Pascal and also includes necessary inlets, catch basins, manholes and the restoration of street surfacing damaged in connection with the construction of the project. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $ll2,OOO. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvenlent shall be all that part of the SW~ of Sec. 3, T. 29, R. 23 and the m~~ of Sec. lO, T. 29, R. 23 described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the SW~ of Sec. 3, T. 29, R. 23; thence West along the South line of said SW~ to the extended centerline of Sheldon Street, said point being the point of beginning, thence N'ly along the centerline of Sheldon Street to a point which is the intersection of Sheldon Street and Talisman Curve, thence NE'ly to the extended SW'ly line of Lot 25, Block 5, Rose Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota; thence l~]'ly along the SW'ly line said Lot 25 and its extension to the Wily corner of said Lot 25, thence i~'ly and N'ly along the West lines Lots 25 through 29 to the Nt? corner of said Lot 29, thence West along the South line of Lot 2, said Block 5 to the Sliv corner of said Lot 2, thence North along the West line of said Lot 2 and its extension to the centerline of Rambler Road;
