<br />RESOLUTIO:~ NO. 5120 <br /> <br />EXTR.\CT OF MI1~UTES OF flEETING OF TI-:lE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 9, 1969 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice tfiereof, a rerrular meeting of <br />tne Village Council of tie Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />in tile Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 9th day of June, <br />1969, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor 1'1011, Councilmen <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following \vere absent: None. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit sllOlving publication <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Inprovement 68-23 in <br />accordance \'li th the rese lu tion adopted May 26, 1969, which affidavi t <br />was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed <br />by the Village Hanager. The rlanager also exhibited a Certificate of <br />nailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which <br />certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed <br />to be filed by the i'!;mager. <br /> <br />Tile Mayor then directed the i'.fanager to read the description of the <br />general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and tle <br />area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in the published <br />notice of haring. After reading of the notice, all persons present <br />were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names and addresses of <br />the persons appearing and heard by the Council and the substance of <br />the views presented by tnem were as follows: <br /> <br />LA.1JRENCE CUNNIEN, 2661 Nort1 Sheldon. Cluestioned the draining. <br />.JOHN liUL Tt'W\i, 1421 Primrose Curve. Wanted to knO\;' when the project <br />would commence. <br />R. J. DEDlUCKSON, 2668 North Pascal. Wanted to know if ti1e project <br />had been expanded to cover Pascal and County Road C. <br />ED MARTIN, 1403 Tailsman. Questioned assessment of $200 being the <br />same regardless of the cost of the improvement; Le., $10,000 or <br />$100,000. <br />EUG"ENE ROBERTSON, 1420 Rambler. Stated there was no water problem <br />on Rambler Road and storm sewer was not necessary. <br />A. G. ERICKSEN, 1450 hi. County Road C.Wanted to know if the 24" <br />storm sewer line south of Count)' Road C,could that be pushed a <br />little west so that it could be between ilis property and Roberts <br />property. <br />JOHN HULTMAN, 1441 Primrose Curve. Wanted to upgrade Pascal. <br />(~uestioned if it would be cheaper to put a permanent street in now <br />after the storm sewer improvement. <br />ELTON PETERSON, 1432 Judith. Lives at the bottor) of the hill. Has <br />no problem. How is the storm sewer going to help him. <br />
