<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 23, 1969. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota,was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />in said village on Monday, June 23, 1969. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5134 <br /> <br />A Resolution determining and authorizing a <br />street access from County Road B2 to Zimmerman Realty <br />property east of Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville commenced <br />a condemnation action for the purpose of constructing <br />road right-of-way in the Village of Roseville, specifically <br />County Road B2 east of Snelling Avenue known as road <br />improvement 67-28A, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said condemnation included the taking <br />of all right of access to County Road B2 within a <br />specified distance east of Snelling Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineering Department <br />and Public Works Director have made a study for the <br />purpose of determining the best location for a cross- <br />over and point of access for said property having due <br />regard to problems of traffic and safety, and <br />
