<br />WHEREAS, the recommendation for such cross- <br />over and right of access point is determined on a map <br />attached hereto and incorporated by reference; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA.
