M. The following member s were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees, McGee, Reinecke, Flanagan <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Flanagan <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 515 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CENTRAL PURCHASING SYSTEM <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE# MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOL YED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE# MINNESOTA # AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1) The Council hereby directs all department heads that a policy of <br />central purchasing is hereby established by the Village of Roseville. That all <br />purchases of all materials and supplies with the exception of liquor stock and <br />purchases made under local improvements shall be made in the following <br />manner: <br /> <br />A) All purchases shall be initiated by a purchase order prepared <br />by the Village Clerk or his representative, based on a request <br />from the ordering agency or department. <br /> <br />B) The procedure for purchases by the Village Clerk shall be as <br />follows: <br />
