<br />installation of said connections shall be paid entirely by <br /> <br />the Village serv~d by the connections. <br />5. The cost of the improvement less the cost of <br /> <br />service connections and street repairs as set forth in para- <br /> <br />graph 4 shall be pro-rated on a fifty-fifty (50-:-50) basis <br /> <br />between Roseville"and Falcon Heights. Said costs are esti- <br /> <br />mated according to bid as follows: <br /> <br />a. Roseville $2,979.00 <br />b. Falcon Heights $2,979.00 <br /> <br />Each Village shall be responsible for apportioning its own <br /> <br />pro-rata cost of the improvement to the benefited properties <br />located within their own boundaries as they deem proper. Each <br /> <br />Village shall pay its pro-rata costs at the time and place set <br /> <br />forth in the construction contract referred to in paragraph 3 <br /> <br />hereof. <br /> <br />6. Engineering fees, costs of inspection by the <br /> <br />City of Saint Paul and other related project costs shall be <br />shared equally by Roseville and Falcon Heights. <br /> <br />7. The watermain line shall be owned by the Village <br /> <br />of Falcon Heights. <br />8. In the event that this agreement does not become <br /> <br />effective because the conditions precedent are not complied <br />with; the costs incurred by each party hereto shall be borne <br />by said party without regard to the allocation of costs here- <br />above set forth. <br /> <br />Dated this :Z;Z ~day <br />of ~, 1969. <br /> <br />
