<br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, By and between the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the <br /> <br /> <br />"Village", and Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State <br /> <br />of Minne sota, hereinafter referred to a s the "County"; <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County and the Village de sire to jointly <br /> <br />construct and rebuild County Road C (CSAH23) from Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />to Oxford Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the County and the Village <br /> <br /> <br />to pay for said construction by using gasoline tax money received from <br /> <br />the State of Minnesota known as "State Aid Projects ", (S.A. P.) I and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the County and the Village <br /> <br />not to use any other funds for said construction and it is the intention <br /> <br />not to assess any adjoining property owners; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The County shall prepare plans and specifications for <br /> <br />the construction of this project, S.A.P. 62-623-08, the construction <br /> <br />to include grading, base, bituminous pavement, and concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutters; <br /> <br />2. The Village will pay to the County certain sums of money <br /> <br />to be determined as follows: Seventy-five per cent (75%) of the cost of <br /> <br />curb and gutter and bituminous widening beyond the center 24-feet of <br /> <br />roadway, and One Hundred per cent (100%) of the cost of any Village work <br />
