<br />requested (total estimated cost); <br /> <br />3. The Village will pay One Hundred per cent (100%) <br /> <br />of its share of the cost to the Treasurer of Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, after the award of the contract by the County and <br /> <br />after the Village has received its share from Minnesota State <br /> <br />Aid Funds, and the contractor shall then be paid by the County; <br /> <br />4. After completion of this roadway, the County shall <br /> <br />assume the responsibility of maintenance, including snow removal; <br /> <br />5. This roadway shall be designated as a County State <br /> <br />Aid Highway pursuant to Chapter 162 of the Minnesota Statutes; <br /> <br />6. All the above rights of way will be County roads, and <br /> <br />the setting of speed limits, parking and other regulations shall <br /> <br />be controlled by the County. <br /> <br />7.
