<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST II, 1969 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />August 11, 1969, 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />;'1ayor Moll, Counci Imen Curley, <br />Anderson and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />5175 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On the 5th day of August, 1964, the <br />Village of Roseville entered into a contract with the Roseville <br />Water Company by the terms of which said company was to be <br />purchased by the Village, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Said Agreement provided that the Village <br />should withhold a sum of money for any unpaid personal pro- <br />perty taxes of the company, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to said Agreement the Village <br />agreed that it would pay to the company all sums due the com- <br />pany for unpaid water charges after the acquisition of the <br />Village, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village agreed further to reimburse <br />the company for certain connection charges due the company at <br />the time of the takeover by the Village, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A dispute has occurred between the Village <br />and the company as to the amounts due, and <br />
