WHEREAS, The company has now provided the Village with a copy of an Order of the Ramsey County District Court dismissing all claims of the county against the Company for personal property taxes, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Village agrees to compromise and settle the claim of the Roseville Water Company against the Village of Roseville arising out of the agreement of August 5, 1964, and all subsequent proceedings of the Village for acquiring the assets of the Roseville Water Company. Said compromise and settlement agreed to by the Village will be a payment by the Village to the Roseville Water Company in the amount of $6,000.00 upon the Roseville Water Company signing a full release releasing the Village from all obligations hereto.
