EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE I MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 13, 1969 * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the Village Hall on October 13,1969, at 8:30 p.m. The following members were present: Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Mayor Moll, and the following members were absent: None M ember Curley and moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO .5_2.;35 WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council met on October 8, 1969, and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for storm sewer improvement krown as Improvement No. ST. 68-12. NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE I MINNESOTA: 1. The amount proper and neces sary to be specially assessed at this time for storm sewer improvement known as Improvement No. ST. 68-12 , against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits. 2. The Council, having heard and considered all objections has amended such proposed assessment as it deems just and finds that each of the lots, pieces and parcels of land enumerated in the proposed amended assessment was and is specially benefited by the construction of said improvement. Such amount so set out is hereby levied against each of the lots, pieces and parcels of land therein. 3. Such assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of Twenty (20) years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1970,
