<br />and shall bear interest at the rate of Eight (8%) percent per annum from <br />the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first <br />installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the <br />date of this resolution until December 31, 1970. To each subsequent <br />installment when due smll be added interest for one year on all unpaid <br />installments. <br /> <br />4. The owner of any property so assessed may, at <br />any time prior to certification of the assessment to the county auditor, <br />pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued <br />to the date of payment, to the Village treasurer, except that no interest shall be <br />charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption <br />of this resolution; and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county <br />treasurer the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest <br />accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. <br /> <br />5. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate <br />of this asses sment to the County auditor to be extended on the propeltax <br />lists of the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid over <br />in the same manner as other municipal taxes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Anderson and upon a vote being taken, the <br />follOWing voted in favor of the re solution: A II present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of <br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregOing extract of minutes of a meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville held on the 13th day of October, <br />1969, with the original on file in my office, and that the same is a full, <br />true and complete transcript thereof insofar as the same relates to a resolution <br />
