Suburb shall pay City a charge for Suburb's <br />share of the costs of extraordinary repairs of <br />jointly-used sewers serving the Suburb. l1lis <br />charge is to reimburse the City for Suburb's <br />shire of those expenses which the City incurs in <br />making repairs which, under accepted accounting <br />practices, are not embraced in the cost of current <br />maintenance and repair under Subdivision 6 of this <br />Section.
