<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet
<br />in the Community Room of Rosedale Center. \Vest lIighway 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on
<br />the 5th day of March, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.~I., to hold a public hearing, pursuant to
<br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. as amended, on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement ST~67-24
<br />consisting of the construction of trunk and lateral storm sewers to serve the area of
<br />Roseville generally bounded by Parker Avenue on the north, Victoria Avenue on the east,
<br />Rose1awn Avenue on the south and Lexington Avenue on the west and wi 11 out let its waters
<br />into previously constructed storm sewers constructed under previous village improvements
<br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary enp;ineering report which is now on file
<br />and open to public inspection in the office of the Village I-fanager.
<br />
<br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $272 ,390. The area
<br />proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all properties in that part of Section
<br />14. Township 29, Range 23, described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the eas t line of the northwest 1/4
<br />of said Section 14 and the extended south line of Lot 3. Block 1, Frankson's
<br />Garden Plateau, Ramsey County t Hinnesota, thence west along said extended south
<br />line Lot 3 to a point 120 feet east of the southwest corner of said Lot 3 t thence
<br />north and paralIe 1 with the west lines of Lots 3 and 2 t said Block 1 to a point
<br />229 feet north of the south line of said Block 1, thence west and parallel 229
<br />feet north of said south line of Block 1 to the east line of Lot 29, said Block I,
<br />thence north along said east line of Lot 29 to the northeast corner of said Lot 29,
<br />thence west along the north line of said Lot 29 and its extension to the west line

<br />said Section 14, thence south and parallel 249.5 feet east of said west line of
