<br />ON STORM SEliER IMPROVEHENT ST-69-20
<br />OF TilE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, rHNNESOTA

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, ~1innesota, will meet in
<br />the Community Room of Roseda1e Center, \vest Highway 36 and Fairview Avenue North, on the 5th
<br /><.lay of ~tarch, 1970, at 7: 30 0' clock P. ~l., to hold a pub lic hearing pursuant to Minnesota
<br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Storm Sewer Improvement ST-69-20, consisting
<br />of the construction of storm sewers and necessary appurtenances in that portion of the Vi 11 age
<br />of Rosevi 11e lying generally in the area bounded by Trunk Highway 36, County Road B,
<br />Mid10thian Road and Snelling Avenue, all substantially in accordance with a preliminary
<br />engineering report which is now on file and open to pub lic inspection in the office of the
<br />Vi llage Manager.
<br />
<br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $162,780.00. The area
<br />proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes all that part of Section 9, Township 29,
<br />Range 23 and Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the northeas t corner of Section 16, Township 29, Range 23, thence south
<br />along the east line of said Section 16, 564 feet, thence west and parallel to the north
<br />line of said Section 16 to the extended east line of Block 1, Garley Addition, Ramsey
<br />County, ~linnesota, thence north along said east line of Block 1 and its extension to
<br />the northeast corner of said Block 1, thence west along the north line of said Block 1
<br />to the northwest corner thereof, thence westerly to the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 1,
<br />Crestwood (Addition), Ramsey County, Minnesota, thence westerly to the northwest corner
<br />of Lot 5, I3lock 2, said Crestwood, thence south alan)': the west line of said Block 2 to a
<br />point 100 feet north of the north line of Block 5, Ed Bossard Addition, Plat No.4,
<br />Ramsey l,ounty, Minnesota, thence west and parallel with said north line of Block 5, 386.4
<br />feet, thence north and parallel with the west line of the northeast 1/4 of said Section
<br />16 to a point 100 feet south of the north line of said northeast 1/4 of Section 16,
<br />thence west and parallel with the north line of said northeast 1/4 to a point 842.69 feet
<br />east of the west line of said northeast 1/4, thence north and parallel with said west
<br />line of northeast 1/4 to the north line of said Section 16, thence north and paralle 1
<br />842.69 feet east of the west line of the southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 29, Range
<br />23 to a point 400 feet south of the north line of the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4
<br />of said Section 9, tlumce east and parallel to said north line of the southwest 1/4 of the SE

<br />ment and there terminating.

<br />All persons desiring to be heeard with reference to the improvement and the area proposed to
<br />be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place
<br />stated above.
