<br />Storm Sewer Improvement ST-67-24 consists of the construction of <br />trunk and lateral storm sewers to serve the area of Roseville <br />generally bounded by Parker Avenue on the north, Victoria Avenue <br />on the east, Roselawn Avenue on the south and Lexington Avenue on <br />the west and will outlet its waters into previously constructed <br />storm sewers constructed under previous village improvements. <br /> <br />Street Improvement P-69-l8 consists of the construction of <br />concrete curb and gutter on the east side of Arthur Street from <br />County Road D to approximately 650 feet south of County Road D. <br /> <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-l2, Watermain Improvement <br />W-69-13 and street Improvement P-69-l4 consist of the construction <br />of watermain and sewer and necessary appurtenances and street <br />on Draper Avenue between Hythe Street and approximately 200 feet <br />east of Hythe Street to the cul-de-sac dead end, and on Hythe <br />Street between Draper Avenue and Rosewood Lane South. <br /> <br />Storm Sewer and Street Improvement ST-P-69-l7 consists of <br />the grading of Oxford Street together with the construction of <br />concrete curb and gutter and minor drainage facilities and <br />necessary appurtenances: <br /> <br />as described in the notices set forth below, and the estimated <br />costs thereof, and as to whether such improvements should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary reports and cost estimates have been submitted by <br />the engineers and Public Works Director and considered by the <br />council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file <br />in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, on March 4, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding public hearings on the proposed improve- <br />,ments under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, and the Village Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notices of the time, place and <br />purpose of the hearings to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, <br />and the second publication shall be not less than three days before <br />the date of the hearings. <br /> <br />3.
