<br />/l /' e - ..~(7 <br />Ic~~x tJ ,} v 1J ... <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />March 5, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Rosedale Center in said village on Thursday, the <br /> <br />5th day of March, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Linebarger, Grauel, Anderson, and Curley <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented affidavits showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notices of hearing on proposed Storm Sewer Improvements <br /> <br />ST-67-24, ST-69-20, and ST-69-21 in accordance with resolutions <br /> <br />adopted February 16, 1970, which affidavits were examined and <br /> <br />fOund to be satisfactory and were directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />Manager. The Village Manager also exhibited Certificates of <br /> <br />Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which <br /> <br />certificates were examined and found to be satisfactory and <br /> <br />were directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the descriptions <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ments and the areas proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notices of hearing. After reading of the notices, <br /> <br />all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and <br /> <br />the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br />
