<br />t~ ,_ J~3 J-r <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of 1~eting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, rtinnesota <br />~lJarch 5, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~linnesota, <br />communit~.Aoom of the Rosedale Center <br />was held in the ~~ in said Village on Thursday, the 5th <br /> <br />day of March, 1970, at 7:30 o'clocl~ p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Linebarger, Grauel, Anderson, and Curley: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village ~anager presented an affidavit showing publica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Sanitary Sewer Dmprovement <br /> <br />8S-69-7, watermain Dmprovement w-69-8 and Street Dmprovement P-69-9 <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted February 16, 1970, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was di- <br /> <br />rected to be filed by the ~anager. The Village 1lJanager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of ~ailing Notice of r~aring to all <br /> <br />affected property ~~ners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />l1anager. <br /> <br />The r~yor then directed the ~anager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br /> <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br /> <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
