<br />No one appeared to speak at the hearing. <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented a written communication <br />he had received from T. M. Willmus of T. M. Willmus Con- <br />struction. He indicated that he has a 110,000 square foot <br />building located at 1950 County Road B-2 that is included <br />in the improvement area, and that the alignment of this <br />improvement project on the quarter line could result in a <br />loss of two rows of parking places adjaoent to his building <br />which would result in jeopardizing existing leases. <br />
