<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at the public hearing for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />SS-69-7, Water Improvement ~69-8 and Street Improvement P-69-9, <br /> <br />Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5329 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SS-69-7, WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT W-69-8 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />P-69-9 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to pUblished notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-7, water Improve- <br />ment W-69-8 and Street Improvement P-69-9, consisting of the <br />construction of roadways, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water- <br />main to serve the property primarily within the subdivision called <br />Rosedale Center Second Addition as described in the notice of <br />hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately <br />$330,000.00, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary <br />engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the Village Manager; and having considered <br />the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in <br />the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that <br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special <br />assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter <br />429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall <br />include the property as described in the notice of hearing; and <br />that Banister Engineering Co. is hereby directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the <br />construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />. and upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
