<br />1~ J! ~-_J_ 5' ):, <br />t"c .;.... .-- L_ <br /> <br />EXtract of Minutes of Veeting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~linnesota <br />March 5, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, I-ti.nnesota, <br />ConunlLIL1.tYJl9..9.lll._Qf the R08edCJle Center <br />was held in the~ in said Village on Thursday, the 5th <br /> <br />day of March, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll and Councilmen <br />Linebarger, Grauel, Anderson, and CurleY7 <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pUblica- <br /> <br />tion of notice of hearing on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />88-69-12, water Dnprovement ~69-13 and Street Improvement P-69-14 <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted February 16, 1970, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was di- <br /> <br />rected to be filed by the Vanager. The village r~nager also <br />eXhibited a Certificate of ~ailing Notice of I~aring to all <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the <br /> <br />Nanager. <br />The IByor then directed the ~anager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br />ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br /> <br />names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the <br /> <br />Council, and the substance of the views presented by them were as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
