After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing at the public hearing for sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-l2, Water Improvement W-69-l3 and Street Improvement P-69-l4, Councilman GraulII!!!ll then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5~~~ RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEtrlER IMPROVE~.mNT SS-69-l2, WATER IMPROVEMENT W-69-l3 AND STREET IMPROVEMENT P-69-l4 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESarA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429, AS AMENDED BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to pUblished notice, on the proposed construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SS-69-l2, Water Improvement W-69-l3 and Street Improvement P-69-l4, consisting of the construction of watermain and sewer and necessary appurten- ances and street on Draper Avenue between Hythe Street and ap- proximately 200 feet east of Hythe Street to the cul-de-sac dead end, and on Hythe Street between Draper Avenue and Rosewood Lane South as described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately $25,614.00, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the Village ~enager: and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be construc- ted and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the notice of hearing: and that the Village Public T~rks Director is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman ARd~.OA , and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
