The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Grauel, Linebarger and ele following members were absent: Curley Member Grauel moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 5380 RESOLUTION ADOPTING WORKING CONDITIONS BET1'!EEN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE AND LOCAL 149 1. D. T. WHEREAS, there has been a negotiated settlement between the Village of Roseville and certain employees of the Village \.,ho are members of Local 149 1.0.1'.; AND WHEREAS, it is desirous that the working conditions contained within the agreed upon settlement be adouted as a resolution of the Vi llage Counei 1; NO\'! , 1HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Vi 11 age of Rosevi lle, Minnesota, that the following working conditions which are contained in the 1970 settlement between the Villa,c;e of Roseville and Local 149 of 1.0.1'. are adopted: 1.
