<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village council of <br />Village. o.f Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />April 27, 1970 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />the regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, April 27, 1970, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor J.ioll and Councilmen <br /> <br />Anderson. Curley, Grauel and Linebargerr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Linebarger introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5383 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. P-70-9 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed the Village Public <br />Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasi- <br />bility of a proposed improvement in that portion of the Village <br />of Roseville on West County Road B-2 between Hamline Avenue and <br />Cleveland Avenue by the construction of an underground ornamental <br />street lighting system and necessary appurtenances, and to assess <br />the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 <br />(Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
