NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT P-7o-9 OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Rose- ville, Minnesota, will meet in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 25th day of May, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., C.O.S.T., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on pro- posed Ornamental Street Lighting Improvement Project No. P-70-9: consisting of the construction of an underground ornamental street lighting system and necessary appurtenances on West County Road B-2 between Hamline Avenue and Cleveland Avenue, all sub- stantially in accordance with a prel~inary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approximately $50,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the inLprovement includes the following described properties: The North One-half (N~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW~), except the South 235 feet of the East 760 feet of part North of Trunk Highway 36 of the Northeast Quarter (NE~) of the Southwest Quarter (SW~), all in Section 10, Town- ship 29, Range 23: also, All that property abutting West County Road B-2 lying in the North One-half (N~) of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23: also, Including Lot 1 and Lot 3, Block 3, Rosedale Center First Addition. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improve- ment and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the Village Council at the time and place stated above.
