EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 27. 1970 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice of the Village Council of Roseville, and held at the Village Hall in said 7: 30 p. ~1. The Following members were present: thereof, a Minnesota, Village on regular meeting was duly called Apri 1 27,1910 at Mayor Moll, Councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Linebarger and the following members were absent: N J one Member Grauel and moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 5387 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY EMINENT DOMAIN THE PERMANENT EASEMENTS ACROSS AND UNDER CERTAIN LANDS FOR THE PUR- POSES OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING A PUBLIC ROAD AND HIGHWAY AND FOR UNDERGROUND UTILITY MAINS, PIPES AND APPUR- TENANCES FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AND THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE COMPLETED FOR SAID PURPOSE, AS A PART OF IMPROVEMENT 69-9: WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville has been advised by competent engineers that it is feasible to construct a public road and highway and underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances within that portion of said Village as a part of improvement 69-9 for the Village of Roseville; and WHEREAS, The Village Council deems it necessary and exped- ient and in the best interest of the Village and its inhabitants that the village acquire permanent easements across and under certain lands for the above purposes; and WHEREAS, the statutes of the State of Minnesota state that the village has the power and authority to take and acquire said property by condemnation under the power of eminent domain;
