<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient <br />that the Village acquire permanent easements across the proper- <br />ties described as follows: <br /> <br />Easement No. 699-l: <br /> <br />Except the South 118.13 feet, the East 35 feet <br />of that part South of the centerline of County <br />Road "B-2" of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec- <br />tion 9, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />Easement No. 699-2: <br /> <br />The West 35 feet of the following: <br />Except the East 669.13 feet, the North <br />250.8 feet of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, <br />also except the East 669.l3 feet of that <br />part South of County Road "B-2" of the <br />SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town- <br />ship 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />Easement No. 699-3: <br /> <br />The East 35 feet of the following: <br />The East 47l.42 feet of the South 1l8.l3 <br />feet of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the <br />East 471.42 feet of the North 10 acres <br />of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, all of Section <br />9, Township 29, Range 23. <br /> <br />That permanent easements be acquired for the purposes of <br />constructing, maintaining and operating a public road and high- <br />way and for underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances <br />for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, together with ingress <br />and egress. <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed <br />to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the <br />power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth above <br />under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and that said attor- <br />ney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may <br />be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. <br />
