NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient that the Village acquire permanent easements across the proper- ties described as follows: Easement No. 699-l: Except the South 118.13 feet, the East 35 feet of that part South of the centerline of County Road "B-2" of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec- tion 9, Township 29, Range 23. Easement No. 699-2: The West 35 feet of the following: Except the East 669.13 feet, the North 250.8 feet of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, also except the East 669.l3 feet of that part South of County Road "B-2" of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, Town- ship 29, Range 23. Easement No. 699-3: The East 35 feet of the following: The East 47l.42 feet of the South 1l8.l3 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the East 471.42 feet of the North 10 acres of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, all of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23. That permanent easements be acquired for the purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a public road and high- way and for underground utility mains, pipes and appurtenances for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, together with ingress and egress. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property set forth above under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and that said attor- ney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion.
