<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 11, 1970. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Ma y 11, <br />1970, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Counei lmen Cur ley, Grauel, Anderson, Linebarpcr <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Crauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5389 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Murphy Oil Corporation filed an application for <br />a special use permit to construct and maintain a gasoline service station <br />on property at or near the intersection of County Road 11 BII and Dale Street, <br />in the Village of Roseville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application consisted of certain plans, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the same wa s approved by the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on a sub sequent occa sion Murphy 0 il Corporation <br />filed an application to amend the special use permit, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the original application the Council found and deter- <br />mined that the design was exceptionally good and done in such a way as <br />to be consistent with the surrounding residential neighborhood and included <br />such features as service bays to the rear; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
