It was noted that the aquatics center, <br />in the concepts presented at the meeting, was an indoor facility that <br />would be a part of the Community Center. <br />• With this addition, the notes from CAT Meeting 10 were approved by the <br />CAT. <br />2 CAT items <br />• There were no CAT items discussed. <br />3 Review draft Master Plan <br />• Michael Schroeder introduced the review, noting that the draft is very <br />much a draft at this point. He noted the need to address tone, and <br />format the document as a report with graphics, both of which still need <br />
