Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, August 09, 2010 <br />Page 4 <br />directed City staff to prepare the necessary documents for execution, subject to <br />City Attorney approval. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />e. Adopt a Resolution Approving an Agreement Electing to Participate in the <br />Local Housing Incentives Program under the Metropolitan Livable Com- <br />munities Act <br />Johnson moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10830 entitled, <br />"Resolution Electing to Continue Participating in the Local Housing Incentives <br />Account Program Under the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act -Calendar <br />Years 2011 through 2020 (Attachment D);" thereby agreeing to new housing <br />goals for 131 to 201 affordable units and establishing alife-cycle housing goal <br />range of 200 to 500 units over the next decade. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />f. Approve Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement for the Metropolitan <br />Council Family Affordable Housing Program <br />Johnson moved, Klausing seconded, approve adoption of the Amendment (At- <br />tachment B) to the Cooperative Agreement (Attachment A) between the City of <br />Roseville and the Metropolitan Council Family Affordable Housing Program. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />g. Accept Ryan Companies US, Inc. Donation <br />Councilmember Johnson thanked the Ryan Corporation for their donation to the <br />City's Police Department providing assistance for purchase or a defibrillator <br />Councilmember Roe clarified that the donation was actually from users of the <br />building's vending machine profits in the Twin Lakes Medical building, tenants <br />of Ryan Companies US, providing a creative use in keeping their donation within <br />the Roseville community. <br />Johnson moved, Klausing seconded, acceptance of a donation of $500 offered by <br />Ryan Companies US to the City Police Department to support the purchase of a <br />defibrillator. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />
