Adopt a Resolution Ordering a Feasibility Report for Dale Street Recon- <br />struction Project <br />Johnson moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10831 entitled, <br />"Resolution Ordering Preparation of Feasibility Report for Dale Street Recon- <br />struction Project." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />j. Consider a Resolution Declaring Costs for Projects to be Assessed in 2010 <br />and Ordering preparation of Assessment Rolls <br />Councilmember Roe noted the savings realized from Engineer's estimates and the <br />actual cost related to the project. <br />Johnson moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10832 entitled, <br />"Resolution Relating to Improvements P-ST-SW-09-02 Roselawn Avenue Re- <br />construction Project Declaring Cost to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of <br />Proposed Assessment Roll;" with the Assessment Hearing tentatively scheduled <br />for the September 20, 2010 regular City Council meeting. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Roe; Johnson; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />8.
