Ramse Count Project currentl scheduled for 2012 <br />3 C2 & Rice St Left-turn lane for northbound Rice This will be looked at as a part of future Ramsey Co/ RV None This request will be discussed further as a part of the <br /> Street Ramsey County Project. Ramsey County Project currently scheduled for 2015-20 <br />4 Rice & Bank Eliminate left turns into bank. Further study required. Bank is in Little Ramsey Co/ LC None Intersection under the jurisdiction of the City of Little <br /> Canada. They have indicated the reconstruction project, have them model the level of service <br /> Ave. Right-turn lane for entire intersection will need to be impacts of a WB right turn only and a EB left turn only at <br /> northbound Hamline Ave. reconstructed to address the realignment this intersection.
