<br />Member <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />k; .50 /~, f / <J ~,,) k;. _"-yo S- <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE <br />AND DELIVERY OF $1,595,000 TEMPORARY <br />IMPROVEMENT RONDS OF 1970 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that the Village of <br />Rosevil1e has heretofore ordered, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and after public hearing as required by law, the construc- <br />tion of local improvements described in the resolution authorizing issuance of the <br />above-titled bonds adopted on April 27, 1970, and has awarded contracts for the <br />construction thereof; that the total cost of said improvements is estimated to be <br />approximately equal to $1,564,024, and it is necessary to borrow all of said cost <br />at this time; that the total benefits resulting from said improvements to the prop-- <br />erties within the area proposed to be assessed therefor, and to the Village at large, <br />will be substantially in excess of the total cost of said improvements; that said sum <br /> <br />-2- <br />
