G. Roseville has agreed to be obligated for certain additional capital expenditures in its agreements contained in Exhibit" 1". Arden Hills agrees that it will join with Roseville in meeting these obligations and Arden Hills I portion shall be calculated exactly as Roseville's portion will be calculated in Exhibit" 1". SECTION 6. BILL AND PAYMENT It is acknowledged by the parties that all payrr.ents due prior to July I, 1965, have been paid. Also, it is acknowledged by the parties that commencing on July 1,1965, up to this date, Arden Hills has paid on an estimated basis. The calculations for the amount of payments from and after July I, 1965, and to and through April 1, 1969, shall be made as herein provided. In the event Arden Hills is delinquent in its payment to Roseville for sanitary sewer service from July I, 1965, to March 31, 1969, any delinquency shall be paid within ninety (90) days after March 31, 1969. Any delinquency not paid by July 1, 1969, or ten (10) days after submission of the bill, whichever is later, shall be paid by Arden Hills within one (1) year thereafter, plus six (6) percent interest per annum thereon from March 31, 1969, or the date on which the bill is submitted, whichever date is later. All calculations for billing shall be done by Roseville. Bills shall be rendered quarterly and paid within thirty (30) days of submi s sion. It is agreed and understooc' some estimating by Roseville will be required in calculating quarterly bills. This fact shall not relieve Arden Hills from its obligation to pay these reasonable estimates. Roseville shall be required within six (6) months of the end of each Page Ten
