<br />D. Arden Hills shall pay Roseville a charge for <br /> <br />Arden Hills I share of the costs incurred and recorded by Roseville <br /> <br />for administration and billing under this Agreement. Such costs <br /> <br />include record keeping and preparing quarterly bills to Arden Hills <br /> <br />and Roseville' s Public Works Department,expenses incurred in routine <br /> <br />meter reading and testing of metering facilities of Arden Hills and <br /> <br />for routine sampling and analysis of Arden Hills' sewage. Arden <br /> <br />Hills' share of such costs will be determined on the basis of the actual <br /> <br />hourly rate of the employee or equipment involved, plus 25% as an <br /> <br />overhead factor. <br /> <br />Roseville shall have the option of charging non.routine <br /> <br />meter reading and testing; sewage sampling and testing, and other <br /> <br />similar special costs directly to Arden Hills where such costs are <br /> <br />attributable to Arden Hills. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall pay Roseville the charge <br /> <br />covering maintenance of Arden Hills' sewage meters. This charge <br /> <br />shall include the actual costs of parts or services purchased plus the <br /> <br />hourly rate of the employee or equipment involved, plus 25% as an <br /> <br />overhead factor. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />In addition to the foregoing charges, and for as <br /> <br />long as it continues to discharge sewage into the jointly-used Roseville <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system I Arden Hills will impose upon and collect from <br /> <br />all users of its sanitary sewer system any and all additional charges <br /> <br />which the Minneapolis-8t. Paul Sanitary District or the City of 81. Paul <br /> <br />may impose directly upon users in Roseville other than those charges in <br /> <br />effect on July 1, 1965, and will pay all sum s so collected in accordance <br />
