<br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROSEVILLE AND ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this l8th <br /> <br />day of May, 1970 , by and between the Village <br /> <br /> <br />of Roseville, a municipal corporation in the County of Ramsey, <br /> <br />State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Roseville", and the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills, a municipal corporation in the County of <br /> <br />Ram sey, State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Arden Hills. " <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE. <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville and Arden Hills have previously entered into <br /> <br /> <br />agreements by concurring ordinance s pertaining to the interconnection <br /> <br />of sanitary sewers. This Agreement shall supercede all prior agree- <br /> <br />ments made by the adoption of concurring ordinances. This Agreement <br /> <br />provides Arden Hills with the authority to discharge sewage into the <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system of the Village of Roseville upon all the terms <br /> <br />and conditions hereinafter set forth. This Agreement is also made <br /> <br />pursuant to an agreement that Roseville has with the City of St. Paul, <br /> <br />a municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as "St. Paul." A copy <br /> <br />of said agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "I" and made <br /> <br />a part hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. DEFINITION OF TERMS. <br />All definitions set forth in Exhibit" 1" shall apply to <br /> <br />this Agreement. <br />
