<br />SECTION 3. CONDITIONS. <br />Parties agree that the following conditions shall apply: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The parties agree that all conditions Roseville <br /> <br />is subject to because of Rosevillel s right to discharge sewage into <br /> <br />St. Paul pursuant to Exhibit "1", Arden Hills shall be subject to as <br /> <br />part of their obligation under this Agreement. It is further noted <br /> <br />that certain conditions are set forth in this Agreement. No special <br /> <br />significance is to be placed on any condition imposed upon Arden Hills <br /> <br />by Exhibit" 1" and repeated or not repeated herein. In the event a <br /> <br />condition repeated herein is inconsistent with a condition of Exhibit <br /> <br />"1", then in that event the most restrictive provision shall apply to <br /> <br />Arden Hills. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall prohibit by ordinance or other <br /> <br />ways agreeable to Roseville, the following wastes from entering its <br /> <br />. sewers. <br /> <br />A. Rain water from roof s, yards, <br /> <br />lawns, foundation drains, parking lots, streets <br /> <br />and alleys or any other service when it is con- <br /> <br />sidered storm water. <br /> <br />B. Water from cooling, refrigeration, <br /> <br />or air conditioning which is not fouled. <br /> <br />C. Any waste which shall impair the <br /> <br />structural durability of the Roseville sanitary sewer <br /> <br />system or its hydraulic functions. <br /> <br />D. Wastes which have a deleterious <br /> <br />effect on the sewage treatment plant. <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
