<br />/{? , -'I:? <br />f('JZ~', <: <!J ~ 10) <br /> <br />Extract of F.inutes of fleeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ivlinnesota <br />~1ay 25, 1970 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ilinnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on f1.onday, the 25th <br /> <br />day of I'1ay, 1970" at 7 ~ 30 0' clock p. m. <br /> <br />The followin0 members were present~ Mayor Moll and Council- <br />men Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following \lere absent: None <br /> <br />The Village 1I1anager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on proposed Ornamental Street <br /> <br />Lighting Improvement Project Ho. P--70-9 in accordance with the <br /> <br />resolution adopted April 27, 1970, which affidavit was examined <br /> <br />and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by <br /> <br />the Nanager. The Village f1anager also exhibited a Certificate <br /> <br />of Ilailing Notice of Hearing to all affected property owners, <br /> <br />which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and \;TaS directed to be filed by the f1anager. <br /> <br />The Ilayor then directed the llanager to rr:~ad the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the ~roposed <br /> <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor, as <br /> <br />stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of <br /> <br />the notice, all persons present were afforded opportunity to <br /> <br />be heard, and the names and addresses of the persons appearing <br /> <br />and heard by the Council, and the substance of the views <br /> <br />?resented by them were as follo~lS: <br />
