MR. HANS ITA, 1389 West count.y Road B-2: Said he finds it
hard to believe that the only two justifiable reasons for putting
the lighting in were to protect the pedestrians or to floodlight
the golf course. He also suggest.ed that some ornamental house
lighting should be considered for the people who might want to
walk at. night. rather than using t.he large proposed lights that
would add to the traffic.

MRS. HALBERT L. WALL, 1758 Bruce: Lives north of the
Rosedale Shopping Center and indicated that they have plenty of
light from the shopping center now. When it was explained that
in her neighborhood there would only be a light at the inter-
sect.ion of Fairview and County Road B-2, a light at the inter-
section of the access road to the shopping center and one
additional light in that area, she said she thought that
probably was all right.

Aft.er a discussion of the views presented by persons

appearing at t.he public hearing for Improvement No. P-70-9,

Councilman Curley then introduced the following resolution and

moved its adoption:

Resolution No. 5413

RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENT NO.
