<br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429. The Village Public Works Director <br />is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final <br />plans and specifications for the construction for that portion <br />of said improvement lying west of Snelling Avenue and to review <br />that portion lying east of Snelling Avenue for future Council <br />action. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Grauel, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger, and Moll: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: Anderson: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
